The 11th World Salt Symposium will be organised by EuSalt (the European Salt Producers’ Association) and will convene in Dublin, Ireland, in 2027. This edition marks a landmark revival of a symposium series with over six decades of history in advancing global salt science, industry, and policy. The International Salt Alliance (ISA), established to sustain the global salt community following the symposium’s hiatus, is proud to support this return of the World Salt Symposium.
