Call For Papers
The International Salt Alliance Symposium 2027 invites researchers, industry professionals, and experts from around the world to submit papers for presentation at the symposium. The event will provide a global forum for discussing advances in salt science, production technologies, environmental management, and health research related to sodium chloride and evaporite minerals. Participants will have the opportunity to share research findings, industry experience, and innovative ideas with an international audience of scientists, producers, policymakers, and industry leaders.

Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts describing original research, case studies, or industry innovations related to the symposium themes.
Abstract requirements
- Maximum length: 450 words
- Language: English
- Must clearly state the research objective, methodology, and key findings
- Authors must indicate the technical theme under which the paper should be reviewed
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific and Technical Committee.
Full Paper Submission
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit a full technical paper.
General guidelines:
- Maximum length: approximately 2,700 words
- Conclusions: up to 300 words
- Up to six keywords may be included
- Papers must follow the official formatting template
- One author must be designated as the corresponding author
Accepted papers will be included in the symposium technical program.
Presentation Format
Authors of accepted papers will present their work during the technical sessions.
